♥~GOBS OF GRATITUDE~♥

I've been seeing a lot of "grateful" posts on blogs these past few weeks....and decided that I should get in on it too. So now and again I'm gonna throw together a post about all the things I'm so very grateful for...

I'm grateful that he is not my neighbor....

I'm grateful that I don't live in Florida.........

I'm grateful that I am a lazy slacker and have no desire to go to the gym......

And that my husband doesn't either.........

Okay...maybe not that grateful......

I'm grateful I don't live near a park............

I'm grateful my hubby talked me out of installing a diving board for our pool......

I'm grateful I have a decent job..........

I'm grateful that basketball is my favorite sport.........

I'm grateful the gas prices have come down...........

I'm grateful that I own dogs.......

I'm grateful that we have enough food in the pantry........

I'm VERY grateful that I've found my soul mate, my one true love....so I don't have to kiss any more toads pigs...well you get the picture..........

And I'm incredibly grateful that all you wonderful people in blog land come here and keep me company.....and let me hang out at your place...even when I forget to take off my shoes...and overstay my welcome.♥♥♥

Nikki - it gets harder and harder to scroll to the bottom of the comments list. I got off lightly today - only 20 to get through. Once again you've picked superb images and apt phrases to set them off. How do you find the time?

I know this is a busy time for all you USA-ers and I hope you all don't get too stressed preparing for Thanksgiving.

My hubby came in to see what I was laughing so hard about! The guy shoveling snow in the nude....really? I'm thinking he had some pretty cold appendages going on there (if you know what I mean). In the words of Jerry Seinfeld "that's bad naked".

Unknown said...

Nikki, that dude would make one hell of a lawn ornament.

What kind of a snow angel would he make?

And the croc? All I could think of was "Candygram.."

Thanks for the laugh!

I thought the muscle woman was creepy until I scrolled down to see the guy! Yowza! The kitten one is too cute. Reminds me of my little monster/purr box :)

While reading that post of yours, I came as close as I EVER have at loosing control of a couple of my bodily functions. That has to be an all time knee slapper if ever there was one!

HOWEVER, my Dancing Santas were just a bit saddened to hear that you were "creeped" out by their little climb up my basement steps! They are reminding you that they are extremely tiny and climbing those stairs was done with Herculean efforts on their parts---they are very determined to get of the basement! AND my turkeys are not little mooners! Their little bottoms were covered in painted featherly kind of looks. You have now made them very self-conscious about their little backsides! :)

OK, that's it---I must now forward this post of yours to a couple of appreciative friends who will enjoy your humor!

Oh, and by the way, I am so thankful that I have met you via blogland. You have added so much fun and entertainment to my life. Thank you! Dana
