~♥~ I WISH WEDNESDAY ~♥~

Before the post begins....Ya gotta check out this AWESOME award bestowed upon my by a seriously funny, sweet, and brave lady. It is the coolest award in blogland...and I am so honored that she'd bestow it on me! Go say HI to Quirky here. If she's not on your blog list...you ain't cool.

Thanks woman.....who knew getting mooned would make me feel so good!

Now on to I wish Wednesday..........

I wish...................... That global warming wasn't just a scam perpetrated upon us by greedy morons.......

Because we're having another...yes ANOTHER BLASTED BLIZZARD and quite frankly I'm getting sick of all this snow. The last 3 storms haven't even melted yet...and we're supposed to get another 8 to 10 inches today.....Yeah... Global warming would be a VERY GOOD THING.

I wish................everyone would go over and visit Elisabeth at Roys Progress she is the nicest lady and boy howdy you should see the wonderful giveaway she is having...don't miss out on this one!

I wish.........................all the stores I shopped in had cool bags like this one......

And especially this one!!!

I wish......................creativity was one of my talents. Check out this adorable Easter banner that Penny made. It is the cutest dang thing!! Go have a look here. Her blog is a new one for me and I'm really enjoying my visits there......now if I could just have the ability to actually make one............

I wish...REALLY WISH..........spandex had never been invented. (this is so very wrong on so many levels) .....(and I apologize for any damage this picture may cause)

***warning....do NOT enlarge this....it only makes it worse****

I wish.................That I had the adventurous spirit to live In Braja's shoes for a month or two. What an amazing life she is living! Check her out at Lost and found in India...And Braja.....since this post is all about wishing....you WISHED FOR THIS....so here it is. You are now an official Crumpet Strumpet lol

I wish................that I wasn't addicted to this show....or that at least I had the decency to be embarrassed and ashamed. But I'm NOT!!! I can't help myself...they own me!

I wish...............that every one's parents were having as much fun as my incredible Mom and Dad. Check out my mom's new toy! ( I'm sure she'll let you on it too dad..) I also wish (and pray) that you two are CAREFUL out there. I you both soooo much!

I wish...................all you cat lovers weren't gonna kill me for this one...but dang this toy just made me LAUGH! I'm getting Ozzie one for sure!

I wish...............to leave you all with at least one little giggle.......if this doesn't do it....then you're beyond fixing !

Oh gosh I can't believe that spandex one!!!!!!! TOO FUNNY!! We too are hooked on American Idol!

A New England Life said...

Honestly I can't believe that Spandex one is real, but maybe . . .

Your parents are a hoot! You and your husband should get out there and join them! lol!

For me it's jockeying between American Idol and The Biggest Loser. Love them both!

One thing I don't love, all this snow! What's the deal? Mother Nature is giving us the 'what for'! lol!

SmilingSally said...

Whoa, that spandex shot! I'm still blinking! Will someone please tell these guys about CUPS?

Jan said...

Those spandex guys will be on my mind all day long. Thanks. I mean, I could have come up with that design. Love your wishies.

Heather said...

Oh my goodness, I love that Crumpet Strumpet button! I now aspire to one day be an official Crumpet Strumpet myself............ maybe if I can ever get out from under the mountain of boxes, wadded up, crusty Puffs Pluses (did I mention my child is singlehandedly producing more phlegm than Mother Nature is snow outside right now? And we're supposed to be getting another foot of the white stuff today outside), and of course that new foot of white stuff coming down outside my window.....

I also *big, red, puffy heart* American Idol. Loving Kara the new judge (how long until it is just "Kara" like "Randy" or "Simon" or "Paula" I wonder?) and have last night's show DVRed to watch tonight, woo-hoooooooooooo!

Well, I'm rambling because I'm procrastinating. Funny thing: the boxes stacked up in my kitchen, newly acquired from the accommodating liquor store up the road? They don't pack themselves! Huh. Phooey.

(Oh and PS, even as a total Cat Lover and as one who is This Close to Happily Becoming a Crazy Lady - the only thing keeping me from it is Hubby - I still laughed at that dog toy. Hee!! Funny is funny is funny, just like Clooney is swoony is Clooney. :D )

Your blog makes me laugh so hard. The last picture of the bunnies my husband brought home from work a few years ago and my daughter still has it posted on her bulletin board. The first time I ever went on you blog was when the dog exploded in your truck. We have four dogs and I could definetly sympathize with your plight:) My daughter and I laughed out loud at that. Thanks;)

Oh, you make me laugh!!!!!! I have to get the kitty toy for Papa. He used to sing this dumb song to the kids. "Smashed Cat in the Middle of the Road, Smashed cat, smashed cat." Then he would laugh, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, while the kids were screaming. He's sick and he would love the kitty toy. Oh I forgot I have an award for you at my place.

First off, how dare you complain about snow, while I sit here suffering through 75 degree weather in JANUARY!
Okay, I had to click on the spandex picture. I wouldn't have if you told me not to, but you know how that goes. OMG, I think I felt a little twinge of something while viewing. Maybe you could post a few more pics like that. It might clear out my hoo hoo cobwebs.
Now wait. Shouldn't *I* get a Crumpet Strumpet since I won????

I woke up this morning feeling unexplainably happy and when I logged on to my blog--I rememberd why--your wish wednesday!

AWESOME award!

Global warming is such hoo hah

The BAG is the BOMB! I would feel so empowered carrying it! The gun one--not the mouth. For some weird reason that one slightly disturbs me.

The crafty bunny swag was cute until I red the last cartoon and thought how funny it would be to cut off the first ones ears and the next ones bum--etc.....

THe spandex picture is SOOO disturbing and hilarios on so many levels. Obviously designed by a woman and those men---they all look so--sooo--constipated or something......gives new meaning to the phrase--hows it hangin??!!

How much chocolate would I have to send you to get one of those award?! But can my dog be wearing camo??

Your Mom is my hero.

Heres how stupid I am--it took me forever to figure out the dog toy. I thought maybe it was a deformed monkey and I couldn't get the humor.

And the last one--roll on the floor funny--it reminds me of a dog chasing his tail or my daily life---round and round and round it goes---who's on first??!! Whats on second.......

I totally think that the spandex for men should be outlawed for sure! I took my daughter to see "The Nutcracker" ballet last year and the guys wearing those tights were disgusting! My daughter told me that if she would have been one of the moms there with a little girl, she would have had to cover her eyes or get up and leave. Everytime the guys came out dancing, the little girls in front of us died out laughing! You make me laugh so much! Thanks!

Oh and the bags were so unique! Never seen those before!
